The Hawk is a recurring enemy in the Rosenkreuzstilette series.
Hawks are brown birds that fly overhead above the player and drop eggs on top of them. Upon landing, these eggs will explode into three shots on contact with the ground. In Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel, there is a minor variant appearing in the Master's Forest who carry Toadman in place of eggs.
In Rosenkreuzstilette, they appear in the Luftfeste Sleipnir (Luste's stage) and the first stage of Zeppelin's Castle. In Freudenstachel, they appear in the Forest of God (Dolis's stage), the Gruft der Feurdrache (Zorne's stage), the Luftfeste Sleipnir, the White Wasteland (Liebea's stage), and the Phalanx Cathedral Ruins (Eifer's stage)
