Ice Peterchy

The Ice Peterchy is an enemy from Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel.

It is a blue eyeball with feet whose only means of attack is walking towards the player. It is based on the Peterchy enemies in Mega Man 3.

It only appears in the Castle Grounds, the opening stage.
