The Lantern Ghost is an enemy from Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel.
The Lantern Ghost attacks by attempting to ram the player if they get too close to it. Despite its status as an enemy, Lantern Ghosts are actually helpful, as its presence will light up the otherwise dark area, and destroying it will make the light disappear. It is a fragile enemy, so it is possible to kill it by accident.
It only appears in the Library of Shadows (Recht and Link's stage).
