Rosenkreuzstilette ~Freudenstachel~[]
Rosenkreuzstilette ~Freudenstachel~ uses many of the same music as the first game, the only notable difference being that the game's title screen music is "22" by AM3, the same music as the Freudia battle theme in the first game, and that the game's opening theme is "Vampire Revolution" by Unlimited Hellest, the same music as Spiritia's talk theme in Rosenkreuzstilette ~Grollschwert~. Since the Web Trial's release, new music was added to the game, with some of the stages using some of the new music.

- Suketoudara's Hideout also composed MIDI remixes of songs from various games, among them Phantasy Star, Shining Force, Zoids, Medabots, and even Kirby's Adventure/Nightmare in Dream Land.
- Wingless Seraph also composed rock remixes of songs from various other video games, such as "Four Noble Devils" and "The Last Battle" from Romancing SaGa 3, "Fighting of the Spirit" from Tales of Phantasia, "Clash on the Big Bridge" from Final Fantasy V, "The Decisive Battle" from Final Fantasy VI, "The Incarnation of Devil" from Valkyrie Profile, "Mighty Obstacle" from Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim, "Holy Orders (Be Just or Be Dead)" from Guilty Gear, and "Bloom Nobly, Cherry Blossoms of Sumizome ~ Border of Life" from Touhou Youyoumu: Perfect Cherry Blossom. It also composed, as well as arranged, some of the songs from another Doujin game, Magical Bringer Korona and its sequel Magical Bringer Korona Gekioto. Years later, one of the musical themes it composed, "For the Glorious Achievement", would be used as the title screen theme in the SAGE 2023 demo of EdelSuche: Cecilia's Quest, another indie/Doujin game also based on the Mega Man games.
- Unlimited Hellest is the new name for Vampire Revolution.
- "Acid Rain" by Sound Prison, the stage theme for Grolla's Stage in Rosenkreuzstilette ~Freudenstachel~, is an homage to the music of Ghosts n' Goblins as well as Shade Man's stage music in Mega Man 7.
- "The Ancient Cry" by Wingless Seraph, the stage theme for Sichte's Stage in Rosenkreuzstilette ~Freudenstachel~, is an homage to Boomerang Kuwanger's stage music in Mega Man X.
- The version of "The Perishing Operetta" used in-game features a piano melody not heard in its other versions, and it was only available on M-ART's account from the (now defunct) muzie.ne.jp website. M-ART confirmed having lost the original .mp3 file of this song in an older computer, and is currently looking up for somebody who has previously downloaded the file from muzie.ne.jp to send it to him.
- PANICPUMPKIN, which provides Schwer's ~Freudenstachel~ stage theme "Wondrous-Looking Stonework", would years later provide the staff of Otaku TeamWorks with some of the jingles for the SAGE 2023 demo of EdelSuche: Cecilia's Quest.
