The Picture Frame is an enemy from Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel.
Picture Frames do not attempt to attack the player unless she is close by, but likewise cannot be hurt unless they are attacking. However, it is possible to jump over them and ignore them completely.
Picture Frames are only found in the Library of Shadows, the stage of the Refraktia twins.
