Up 'n' Down is an enemy introduced in Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel.
Up 'n' Downs quickly rise out of pits as the player approaches them as in attempt to knock the player into the pit. They are based on the enemy of the same name from Mega Man 4.
They are found in the Luftfeste Sleipnir (Luste's stage) and the Phalanx Cathedral Ruins (Eifer's stage).
